The benefits of supplementing magnesium are many, as it is an element used in over 300 processes in the human body. It is necessary to absorb magnesium daily through food and water in our diet or our skin topically via magnesium-infused lotions and oils. However, 80% of the adult population is magnesium deficient. Magnesium is transdermal, meaning it will absorb into your skin almost right away! Transdermal magnesium therapy is a method to supplement magnesium topically that is easy, convenient, and affordable. Magnesium body butter can be applied to any body part, avoiding eyes and nose, wounds, cuts, or broken skin. A tingling sensation is a typical sign of magnesium absorption and will diminish with regular use.

Magnesium applied topically can help soothe sore, tired, and achy muscles; reduce pain, such as tendonitis; strengthen bones; promote good sleep; regulate the central nervous system; relieve stress and elicit a calming effect; aid in reducing hypertension; provide migraine relief with regular use, reduce symptoms of PMS, can help skin issues such as Rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema; may reduce symptoms of restless leg syndrome, and more.
