This is a strong tea with a bit of a spicy scent and taste. This herbal infusion boosts the immune system to build your defenses in the prevention of colds and flu. It is also ideal if you are suffering from stuffiness and chest congestion and help in breaking down the mucus buildup. Each herb in this blend is intentional to improve respiratory function.

Herbs are 100% Organic.

Mullein: Aids in breaking down the mucus in the lungs and encourages the mucus to be expelled from your system.

Slippery Elm: Contains mucilage which is a type of carbohydrate that absorbs water lining the throat and other membranes, reducing the coughing symptoms and mitigating throat soreness.

Elecampane: Soothes the bronchial tube linings and acts as an expectorant for lung cleansing.

Horsetail: Relieves the symptoms of nasal congestion or colds and it works as an expectorant by cleaning the mucus and phlegm which is where bacteria settle.

Fenugreek: Aids in the reduction of inflammation.

Wild Cheery: Wild cherry bark has antitussive properties. This means it acts as a cough suppressant.

Coltsfoot: This is a relaxing expectorant that acts as a sedative as well as reducing inflammation and irritation, which can help for spastic and irritable coughs.

Peppermint: Has an antihistamine effect, combined with the strong, cooling action of menthol that makes it a useful decongestant.
